• Domestic Couriers: Bluedart, Expressbees, DHL, India Post
• International Couriers: UPS, DTDC, DHL, India Post, FedEx

• Orders dispatched within 4 business days.
• Customized/Energized items take extra time.
• India Delivery: 7–15 days from dispatch
• International: 20–30 days (customs may affect timeline)

🌍 Global Shipping

Worldwide shipping available. Refund initiated within 30–40 days if delivery fails (International orders only).

💰 Shipping Costs

• Shipping charges calculated at checkout.
• Free shipping may apply on eligible order values.

📍 Delivery Address

• Residential/Business addresses only.
• No delivery to PO Boxes or public locations.
• Customer responsibility to provide correct address.

📦 Delivery Process

• ID & signature may be required for high-value items.
• 3 delivery attempts — after failure, return to origin.

🚫 Non-Delivery & Returns

• Report undelivered orders within 30 days.
• If package damaged/tampered, refuse delivery.

No cancellation after order is placed.

Customer is liable for duties/VAT at destination country. Refusal or cancellation after dispatch → customer bears full return + customs charges.
